Bassist and vocalist Billy Mendoza's musical journey started in Oahu Hawaii and has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe performing at festivals, concert halls, and night clubs.  Residing in Vancouver, Billy is a busy freelance musician with over 200 performances a year.  His bass playing and singing are effortless and soulful.  For 15 years Billy and Clinton Swanson have been performing, composing, recording, and producing music together in the styles of rhythm and blues, soul, and jazz as the Bill Clinton Duo.
