Brian Kalbfleisch is an independent professional musician residing in Nelson BC.  A singer proficient on piano and ukulele, Kalbfleisch is found performing regularly in venues & restaurants throughout the West Kootenays (Vienna Cafe, Falls Music Lounge in Nelson) and at markets throughout the warmer months, most notably Cottonwood Market in Nelson.  Kalbfleisch's current collaborations include the Health Arts Society performances with Bessie Wapp & Jesse Lee, and a swing band alongside Nelson notables Clinton Swanson, Rob Fahie, Craig Korth, and Graham Tracey.  Kalbfleisch also instructs piano and ukulele privately and teaches beginner ukulele at Selkirk College on a casual basis.  In his spare time, he coordinates Blue Night, a growing arts event in Nelson.
