Caryn Fader, vocals

Caryn Fader is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and pianist.  This passionate performer honed her songwriting skills playing in Vancouver’s pubs and coffee houses over a 30-year span.  Along the lines of Sheryl Crow, Joni Mitchell, Rickie Lee Jones, Caryn's music is at once beguiling and evocative.  A soulful singer known for her uniquely crafted songs in a style best described as jazz influenced contemporary Americana roots.  She is a two-time finalist in the BCCMA Bud Country Talent Search and has been awarded two Factor Canada demo grants for her originals.  She is currently recording and performing with multi-instrumentalist/sound engineer Eric Reed, along with bassist/producer for Tiller’s Folly, Laurence Knight.
