Zavallennahh is an innovative fiddler, violinist, violist, pianist, composer, educator, performer, author, community builder and mother.  Described as a musical spark plug, Zav pairs a keen musical intuition with heart, drive, and skill which make her a conjurer of sought after original music, engaging collaboration, and prolific creativity.  Her two award winning albums, "Reach" and "Spark" and best selling "fiddleworks" series of music books (Frederick Harris Music) are a testament to this.  Her legacy is the Fiddleworks camp she founded 18 years ago, and the trail of new fiddlers she has taught and inspired from the far reaches of the Canadian North to her doorstep in the BC Kootenays.
