Bassist Jazz Palley discovered his love for jazz when he enrolled at the Vancouver Community College School of Music, and since that time he has transitioned to the double bass and grown to appreciate and play all types of jazz. Having graduated from the degree program at VCC, Jazz has been successful in his endeavours by playing in lots of different scenarios. Although he always loves when he gets a chance to share the stage with an amazing group and play some swing for people who really appreciate it, he is also very excited to be playing alongside one of his former teachers today after being taught the nuances of this style of music while playing in his school ensembles.
