Julia Rumley [violin] is an accomplished young local musician whose talent has sent her around the world. She won a full scholarship for the postgraduate course at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music in London where she studied with David Takeno. Julia was the prize winner of the Park Lane Group Young Artists’ Trust recital at the Guildhall. She currently plays with the London Symphony Orchestra and has toured with the orchestra, most recently to Indonesia, Japan and Korea.
 She also plays with a chamber ensemble that records and tours in Europe.
