Bio
JOSE DELGADO-GUEVERA, violin
Jose is currently the Concertmaster of the Prince George Symphony Orchestra and the senior violin teacher at the Prince George Conservatory of Music. Before coming to BC, he performed as a soloist and player with a number of orchestras in Costa Rica, Mexico, France, and the United States. He was the coordinator of the Andrews University Music Preparatory Program, served as interim director for the Andrews University Symphony Orchestra in 2003-4, and was Associate Conductor of the Lake Michigan Youth Orchestra.
LEANNE DREWLO,violin
Leanne began her studies in Saskatchewan at young age, and went on to perform with the Regina symphony Orchestra, the Lafyaette String Quartet, Kamloops and Victoria Symphony Orchestras, and since the age of 14, with the Prince George Symphony Orchestra. She also teaches violin at the Prince George Conservatory of Music.
STEPHEN E. COLLINS, viola
Stephen is Principal Viola of the Prince George Symphony Orchestra and Concertmaster of Sinfornia! Prince George. Prior to his arrival in Prince George, Stephen performed with many of Canada's orchestras, and spent a number of summers performing with the Victoria International Festival Orchestra. In addition to playing, Stephen teaches at the Prince George Conservatory of Music, has a passion for conducting, and is an orchestral arranger and composer.
JORDAN DYCK, cello
Jordan is the artistic director of the Prince George Conservatory and Director of Sinfonia and the Borealis Chamber Choir. He leads the Prince George Youth Orchestra, the Conservatory's School of Rock and the Capriccio Ensemble. He teachers cello, guitar, bass and theory, and is the principal cellist of the Price George Symphony Orchestra and an active jazz musician.
