SHARI TYLE HOUSE, viola

Shari, a native of Portland, Oregon, has performed as a violist on three continents during a career of over 35 years. Shari studied viola with members of the Juilliard String Quartet and the Philadelphia String Quartet. She is a graduate of Reed College, Portland, Oregon. Shari studied and performed in the Aspen Music Festival, Peter Britt Music Festival, and the Claremont Music Festival.

Shari’s orchestral experience includes: Oregon Symphony, Winnipeg Symphony, Miami Philharmonic, New Orleans Philharmonic, Omaha Symphony, Orquestra Sinfonica da Paraiba (Brazil), Gaertnerplatz Orchester (Germany), Spokane Symphony, and the Okanagan Symphony.
