Babak Hazrati [guitar] is a multi instrumentalist who plays various styles of music. He is a professional performer, teacher and recording artist with over 15 years of experience. He holds a music diploma from Vancouver Community College and has earned a number of scholarships. He was the bass player of the VCC Jazz Orchestra and VCC Jazz Fusion band while attending the college. He has been collaborating with several local musicians and has been an active member of the band “Duo Flamenco” since 2002. Babak is an in-demand studio player and runs his own studio. He records guitar and electric bass for a wide array of artists and genres from Flamenco to Jazz and heavy metal.
