Liam MacDonald’s life as a drummer/multi-percussionist began when he was 9 years old in Kitchener, Ontario, returning to the west coast in 1997, Liam has pursued his interest in rhythms from around the world, and especially the music Brazil and the Middle East. Currently Liam is both recording and touring with well-known musical ensembles that perform Brazilian Music, Arabic music, Bluegrass/Jazz fusion, and African to name a few.
