ROBERT HOLLISTON, piano

Pacific Opera’s long-time répétiteur and chorus master, Robert has given POV’s pre-performance lectures since 1993 and hosts our new series INSIDE OPERA. He has performed throughout North America, England, and New Zealand, and has been heard frequently on CBC Radio. Robert has collaborated with many of the country's leading singers, instrumentalists, and dancers, and has toured and recorded extensively with the popular salon ensemble Viveza. Currently he is Head of Accompanying at the Victoria Conservatory of Music, where he also teaches classes in music history. During the past three seasons Robert has been guest concerto soloist with the Sidney Classical and Victoria Symphony Orchestras.
