Bio
Trombonist Jeremy Berkman has a varied performing career. Currently Co-Artistic Director of the award-winning Turning Point Ensemble and Principal Trombonist for Vancouver Opera orchestra, he also is also a member of The Peggy Lee Band, and big bands led by John Korsrud, Fred Stride, Jill Townsend, and Jesse Cahill. Jeremy is a graduate of both Oberlin College and Oberlin Conservatory of Music with degrees in music and economics, as well as a graduate of the Juilliard school. Jeremy current is a sessional instructor at the University of British Columbia School of Music.
