Sunny trained with many world renowned Tabla maestros.  They exposed Sunny to a variety of Tabla style.  Sunny also plays other Indian percussion instruments.  Over the past 20 years he has performed as a solo artist, and has accompanied numerous musicians from around the world.  Sunny's versatility as a musician has enabled him to accompany for a variety of musical genres including Indian Classical, Western Classical, Jazz, and East-West Fusion.  As a globe-trotting musician, Sunny has performed for audiences and music-lovers in Canada, US, UK and India. Sunny currently resides in Surrey, BC and continues to perform, record, accompany and teach.
