Craig Korth
Bio
Nelson-based musician Craig Korth plays guitar, dobro and mandolin, but is primarily known for his skill as a banjo player. Front man for the Edmonton based bluegrass band Jerusalem Ridge for 18 years gave Craig experience travelling all over Canada playing festivals and soft seat theatres. His energetic style and lively stage presence have always been highly entertaining! Craig currently teaches privately and as well through the Selkirk College Music Program, is a fixer and builder of musical instruments, and as well is the co-director of the NimbleFingers Bluegrass and Old-Time Music Workshop held in August every summer in Sorrento, BC.
