After graduating from Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Weilong Tao gained his operatic training at the Juilliard Opera Center, New York.  He was the winner of the Palm Springs Vocal Competition, Opera Guild Vocal Competition Los Angeles and received an award at the Richard Wagner Festival in Germany. He has sung with opera companies across Europe, in Taiwan, Shanghai and Singapore. Weilong continues his opera career with upcoming engagements in Europe.
