Emily Richardson, flute

Emily Richardson currently is in her final year of undergraduate studies in flute performance at the University of British Columbia under the guidance of Vancouver Symphony principal flutist Christie Reside.  Emily often performs with the UBC Symphony Orchestra, with last season’s performance of Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf a recent highlight.  She was also selected as a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Canada, the country’s premier orchestral training program, for 2018.  In addition, Emily teaches flutists of all ages and ultimately aspires to share her love of music with others.
