Ron Johnston, piano

Jazz pianist Ron Johnston has been active in Canada's jazz scene for several decades.  While in Toronto, Ron studied with the great Oscar Peterson.  Settling in Vancouver in the 1960s, he has worked with some of the country's finest instrumentalist and singers, working in a wide variety of concerts, tours, telethons, supper clubs, radio/television performances and educational concerts for the school system.  He is glad to be still performing with some of his original friends and partners in the jazz scene.
